Produtividade durante o período de confinamento

Com este estudo pretendeu-se analisar o impacto do número de horas de trabalho, do conflito família-trabalho (CFT) e da motivação para iniciar as tarefas profissionais na produtividade dos colaboradores, em regime de teletrabalho, durante o período de confinamento decorrente da pandemia COVID-19. Participaram 339 sujeitos, 60.2% portugueses e 39.8% brasileiros. Os dados foram recolhidos através da Escala de Conflito Família-Trabalho e um conjunto de questões sociodemográficas. Os resultados obtidos permitem-nos constatar que o número de horas de trabalho tem um impacto positivo na produtividade e que esta relação é mediada pelo CFT e pela motivação para iniciar as tarefas profissionais. Concluiu-se, ainda, que esta temática merece atenção especial por parte das organizações para que possam manter os níveis de produtividade e assegurar a motivação dos trabalhadores, sem que isso afete de forma negativa o ambiente familiar, porque se perspetiva que o teletrabalho continue nos tempos mais próximos.
