Abstract

The aim of this study is to present a characterization on the theme Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a qualitative approach published in the Web of Science database in the last five years, covering the period from 2014 to 2019. The search criterion adopted occurred using the search strings TS = ((“organizational citizenship behavior” AND (“Management”, “Business” and “Psychology Applied”)) in the period of October 2019. The results obtained showed the emergence of to develop qualitative research exploring the theme, therefore, it is possible to suggest that future studies analyze the relationship of the theme of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with other constructs both in the national and international environments, as well as using the qualitative approach.
